At UofN Koh Kong, we are driven by a set of core values that guide our mission and purpose. We believe in the power of serving, youth education, and leadership development to bring glory to God and positively impact the world.
Serving the community is at the heart of everything we do. We are committed to reaching out to those in need, extending a helping hand, and making a difference in the lives of others.
Educating youth is another key aspect of our values. Almost 80% of Cambodian people are youth so we recognize the importance of equipping young minds with knowledge, skills, and opportunities for growth.
Developing leaders is another integral part of our mission. We believe that leadership is not just about holding positions of authority but about serving others with humility, integrity, and compassion. Through DTS programs, leadership training courses, and opportunities for personal growth, we aim to cultivate a new generation of leaders who will make a difference in their spheres of influence. Our goal is to empower individuals to lead with purpose, vision, and a heart for serving others.
Ultimately, all our efforts are driven by the desire to bring glory to God. We believe that every act of service, every educational opportunity provided, and every leader developed should reflect His love and grace. By aligning our values with God’s purposes, we seek to honor Him in all that we do.

Hello, my name is Soem Rith and I am a full-time volunteer with YWAM. In 2020, I joined the pioneer team to establish a YWAM base in Koh Kong, a quiet province in Cambodia. I feel called by God to share the gospel with people in rural villages and have been blessed with the gift of doing so.
